Brett H. Oppenheimer

Brett began his career as a Kentucky attorney in 1991. However, even as a child, Brett knew he wanted to be a lawyer. Brett has a real interest in fighting for the individual, the patient, the victim against corporations, powerful insurance companies and reckless parties. Brett only takes cases involving personal injury, auto accidents, medical and legal malpractice, and product liability (or injuries caused by dangerous products). His success comes from his close relationships with those he represents, his attention to detail, his accessibility, and his drive to protect the best interests of his clients by helping them to recover fair compensation after injuries and other losses.

Brett was born and raised in Louisville, KY. After his undergraduate education at the University of Florida, he graduated from the University of Louisville’s Brandeis Law School, and has been proud to represent the people of Kentucky ever since. Brett and his wife, Laurie (together since high school) raised two boys. Laurie and Brett work together, with Laurie running the administrative side of their law practice.

Brett has had great success in representing clients all over the state of Kentucky (and across the country). He has secured over $100 million in verdicts and settlements. By leading a boutique legal practice, Brett prefers to focus on fewer clients so he can serve people in the way they deserve to be represented.
