    An Amazing Attorney

    8 Years ago my life changed forever when my surgeon chose to use a material in my spine that was not FDA approved. The use of this product has left me with constant nerve pain that I will have to live with the rest of my life. The quality of my Iife has greatly diminished and I was forced to leave a job that I truly loved. The maker of this product has faced many lawsuits including Class Action. I am one of the participants in a Class Action Lawsuit led by Brett Oppenheimer. Honestly, I don't know how I got so lucky to be one of Brett's clients. Even though we are several states apart (he in Kentucky and I'm in Michigan) Brett makes himself available any time I've have a question. Although there are close to 2 thousand people participating in this lawsuit, I have always felt like Brett and his team truly cared about me as an individual. When individual decisions had to be made, Brett lead us in the direction that was in our best interest. This has been a very long and stressful journey but well worth it. Brett has fought extreemly hard for us to obtain the maximum payout and he has succeeded! I will be forever grateful to Brett and his team for giving me a sense of victory.!

    Brett is a man of his word

    When I signed on with Brett in 2012 i didn't know what to expect. I had no prior experience with attorneys, although I had heard most attorneys are out to make a buck, with no regard for the client. Well I was pleasantly surprised with Brett. He was honest right from the start and told me this lawsuit would take at least 3 to 4 years with no guarantee of the outcome but he promised to work his butt off for each and every client of his. He certainly did for me. You are not a number with Brett. You are an individual. Brett is a man of his word with much integrity. He kept all of his clients up to date by sending a very detailed but easy to understand monthly status report. If additional documentation was needed to benefit my claim Brett contacted me himself to request it. He always followed up on any questions I had snd explained details to me very well. He has very good communication skills. There is really nothing negative I could say about Brett. I am glad he is my attorney!

    Sara’s Sanctuary, the house that our … lawyers made possible is perfect for Sara; it has a lake, a pool a hot tub and so much room. The house has a sprinkler system, a full house generator, full security and an eight foot fence with security gate. One side of the house is glass, Sara will be able to see the sun, the rain, snow, (and) she will know that seasons do happen outside of her prison. She will have her own gym and sensory room and we are putting a lift in the pool for her to get therapy. We love you guys.
